Asked to view room prior to payment
+Location was perfect, far enough from the night life but close enough to amenities. +Restaurant had the most amazing views
We paid for a standard twin by going off of booking.com photos, well the second we walked in we were disgusted, it was dark, dingy, holes in the wall, stained towels.. after 5 minutes it was obvious to we couldn’t stay, so we asked to move which was arranged quickly, at a 1800 THB charge! The room was better by far, but no where near the cost of the £150!! We stayed for 3 nights, but could have left easily after night 2! Advise Just ask to view before paying!

What was the highlight of Phi Phi Don Chukit Resort
Great if you want a pool overlooking the water to chill out in.
Centrally located and easy to get to from the Port. The best part about this place is the swimming pool which overlooks the water. You can chill out on beanbags or on a sun lounge but there are not umbrellas for fair skinned people. Great to chill out if you don't want to take a boat to other beaches on the island. We didn't eat breakfast there so not sure what it was like but it was available all day, which is a bonus. Staff were polite but not overly chatty.
There were a few things that needed fixing in our room such as the basin tap that wasn't secured very well and you had to hold it with one hand so that the water didn't go everywhere. The wet bathroom is manageable but you have to be careful not to get water everywhere when showering. The switches to the bed lights were not easy to find. Having the lock boxes at Reception was a bit weird and inconvenient for putting things in and taking things out.

We liked the location, the swimming pool it was pretty good. The staff very kind
When we arrived, there was a problem with the bath. That would be our suggestion: improving the quality of bathroom infrastructure. But it is important to say we love the time we stayed in the hotel.

Served its purpose for a short stay
The location was great. The pool area had stunning views and although it looked busy we were able to get a space when we wanted it. The air con was good.
It could do with a refurb and the areas surrounding the bungalow could have been tidier.
